I ordered a pair of glasses in January. They arrived a month later with an incorrect prescription. I returned them and received them back in March. The prescription was still incorrect. Thinking perhaps my eye doctor got my new prescription wrong, I sent the glasses back along with my old prescription. Until this point, the customer service had been efficient in responding and sent me return labels each time. Now it is April, and over a month after sending the glasses back, I am receiving no response. Tracking confirms Global Eyeglasses received them, but there is no status update on the website, and my emails and calls have not been returned. I feel very uneasy about this transaction, and disappointed to still not have the glasses I was so excited to order back in January.
