We provide a 365-Day warranty that offers a one-time replacement pair within 365 days of receipt for any possible defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.
How to Return Your Glasses:
1. Contact our Customer Service Department at email@example.com to approve the return.
2. All returns must be returned in their original condition, include an eyeglass case and lens cleaning cloth.
3. Package your glasses securely and make sure to include your contact information, order number.
4. Once your return is received, we will process refund in 3 business days. Your refund will be credited back to your original account of payment.
