60-Day fit&style Guarantee:
You have 60 days after receiving your order to wear and try our products and decide if this is the right eyeglasses or sunglasses you want. If the frame doesn't suit you well (looks not good or put wrong prescription when placed the order), we offer replacement and refund options for you.
Replacement: If you prefer a replacement on our side directly, you can contact our customer service and make a replacement order for you. You only need to pay for the shipping fee if there is no discrepancy between the replacement and original order. Or you can contact customer service to get 100% store coupon and place replacement by yourself.
Refund: If you prefer to returning the products and getting a refund, Please contact our customer service first and help send it back to us, then we'll credit 50% of the product amount to your credit card or Paypal account since it's a customized product ,or a one-time use 100% store coupon which can be used with other discount coupon. If you want to refund an order that paid by store coupon, you'll get 50% of the coupon amount to the card account that paid for the one you get the store coupon, or get 100% store coupon again.
*All customer-reason refund or store coupon will not included the shipping paid for the original order, and should apply for the shipping fee if new replacement needed. Every order has a one-time exchange or refund right.
We will replace your glasses for free if there is any below issues happened after receiving your product in 60 days:
1. Product( including lens, Frame part) was broken when you receive the package
Contact our customer service staff immediately, and please help provide pictures of the package and glasses.
2. If you feel there exist manufacturing error and the eyeglasses made you uncomfortable to wear, feeling dizzy or even can’t see things clear.
Contact our customer service staff immediately, and help provide the original prescription to verify. If there is a manufacturing error on our side, free replacement will be processed at once.
3. 3 months after you receiving the order, what if there is a clear defect and affect daily usage?
Our 365-day quality policy is made for this kind of issue and we’ll send out a free replacement once we verified the picture of defective item. A replacement pair will only be issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship.
*Any of the issues occurs, and you prefer a refund instead of a free replacement
We will refund 100% of your order amount to your credit card or Paypal account in 24 hours after you confirm our confirmation message.
*The defect on the product is small and acceptable to you, we are willing to provide a coupon or small gift for compensation.
*All quality warranty are not cover damage/or return request caused by accident, negligence or improper care. Shipping fee may apply for one-time replacement after 3 months.
