Processing & Shipping
We ship to almost every country in the world. Check the table below for general shipping information.
A full list of the countries or regions where we ship to is available on the Checkout page where you enter your shipping address.
Note:
• UPS requests a physical address instead of a Po Box address.
• A certain amount of import duties may apply to some countries. For instance, the CSC (customs clearance charge) is required in some European countries.
Glasses in Zinff are made professionally and packaged nicely to match your vision care needs. To get you a perfect and clear vision, production time (manufacturing and quality checking) is necessary.
Incomplete information in your order may lead to delays in processing. There may be cases in which we will be required to contact you via email to obtain additional information or confirm the order information, and such inquiries may also lead to the production delay of your order.
Total delivery time includes production time and shipping time.
Production time varies based on the actual lens types in your order.

Note:
• *Customized lenses: You will have customized lenses when your prescription is not suitable for the lens index that you choose. Or the optical lab requests customized lenses for your prescription (you will not be notified due to this).
• If your prescription is incomplete or we have questions about your order, you will be notified by email, and it may cause production delays. (you may find our service email in the junk box sometimes)
Shipping Time
Note:
• Standard shipping company will not update the shipping information on time.
• UPS requests the physical address. A Po Box address is not available for UPS.
• All international shipments are subject to import taxes and VAT.

Additionally, you can track your package directly at the courier's tracking page (please contact customer service for more info. if the courier is not listed below).

Sorry, we don't offer an overnight shipping service for now.
No worries. Immediately take a picture of the broken glasses and the outer packaging and email us at service@zinff.com. We will work with you to get your glasses replaced with a new pair if damaged.
Definitely yes. Each detailed information in your order matters. Inaccurate information would cause delivery failure. Please make sure you input the information correctly and completely.
We can change the shipping address if we haven't shipped out your glasses yet. Email us your correct shipping information with your order number, and we will update it for you.
It greatly depends on the country. In many countries, couriers do call the receiver in advance (Some will send SMS or email). But if you missed the call, they probably will not call again as they have a huge number of parcels to pick-up and deliver daily.
Once you call them back, they will request the detailed shipping information of your package. So make sure you have it at hand.
In many countries, couriers will contact the shipper or receiver to arrange the time frame before parcel pick-up and delivery.
However, it depends sometimes. Some couriers cannot schedule the delivery manually. To keep your glasses safe and sound, please pick up your parcel as soon as possible. Otherwise, it may be returned to the warehouse after the collection time.
Nothing to worry about! We will contact our courier to locate where your parcel is as soon as possible. If the package is missing in transit, we will help you with the replacement or refund. Please contact our customer service via email at service@zinff.com.
As the total delivery time of glasses includes production time and shipping time.
A complex prescription or lenses can cause a delay in manufacturing. Questions of your order cause a delay in production as well, especially when your prescription is incomplete and inaccurate.
Holidays in your country can cause a delivery delay as there will be a huge number of parcels in the warehouse.
In addition, some global issues may affect production and shipment, such as covid-19. As for this matter, Zinff is doing our best to offer you a safe and stable service.
The package will be returned when the courier cannot reach out to you via phone, SMS, or email.
Don't worry if the package is returned. We will work with you to contact your local courier for more information.
If the package is returned to their warehouse, the local courier can re-arrange delivery for you. But you will be charged a fee for the second delivery sometimes.
If the package is returned to our optical lab, we will help you with the after-sale service.

Eyeglasses are usually considered as medical devices that can cause pollution in inappropriate use. You may be requested import taxes due to the tax laws of your country.
