The courier informed that my package was returned. Why is that? What should I do?
The package will be returned when the courier cannot reach out to you via phone, SMS, or email.

If the package is returned to their warehouse, the local courier can re-arrange delivery for you. But you will be charged a fee for the second delivery sometimes.
